Purpose and legal basis

Recipients
The form uses FormSubmit as the technical email-delivery provider. Information is transmitted to that provider when the form is sent. Essential hosting and email providers may also process data. Data is not sold or shared for marketing.
Retention
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to answer and, as a general rule, for up to 12 months where no professional relationship begins. If it does, applicable statutory and claims periods apply.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@artivalaboral.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
