An added rehearsal, a postponed performance or a crew change can affect contracts and Social Security filings. The updated schedule must reach administration before the work changes.
A schedule for each person and activity
List rehearsals, setups, performances, shoots, travel and breakdowns with actual dates. Identify who works each day and under which contract.
Register before the first work
Check identity, Social Security number, contribution account, role and start date. Registration must be requested before the person starts providing services.
Report confirmed changes promptly
If a workday moves or is added, production should alert the team managing staff. Review the contract, working time and whether a prior filing needs correction or registered data must change.
Use the correct end date
Confirm the last day of work and any closing tasks before requesting deregistration. A cancelled performance alone does not end an employment relationship that continues.
Keep evidence and close the cycle
Retain the approved schedule, instructions, filing receipts and incident record. Reconcile them with payroll and contributions afterwards.
Practical review
A minimum process for a last-minute change
- Production shares the new date, affected people and expected time.
- Administration checks contracts, registration and data to be changed.
- The appropriate filing is made and its receipt retained.
- Production receives confirmation of the dates and people recorded.
Information updated on 9 October 2026. The effect of each change depends on the contract and actual circumstances; each case needs review.
